What's going on, guys? In this video I’m doing a first look and unboxing of UGREEN’s latest AI-driven NAS, the IDX6011 Pro. This is their more professional series grade NAS, and it’s a big boy—six bays on the front, plus two Gen 4x4 NVMe slots inside, and a full-height PCIe slot for expandability. I also walk you through the simple, tool-less drive tray design so you can see how easy it is to drop your drives in and get rolling. I go over the key specs that make this thing a monster for demanding users and creators: up to 196TB of storage support, 64GB of LPDDR5X memory (which I’m honestly surprised and happy to see), and an Intel Core Ultra 7 255H that’s built for the AI workflows UGREEN is pushing. Up front you get an SD card reader, dual Thunderbolt 4, and USB-A, and around back you’ve got dual 10GbE, HDMI out for up to 8K, and even OCuLink if you want to think about adding a GPU later. I also show the front color touch panel—CPU temp/usage, GPU/NPU info, drive status, notifications, and quick controls like restart/shutdown and wallpapers. Heads up: I’m on pre-release UGOS Pro here, so I don’t have Docker or the AI/multimedia apps yet.
