Why Your Expensive Espresso Machine Makes Bad Coffee

Wendy got in touch to trade her Profitec Go for a Rancilio Silvia that I had listed. I dug a little deeper and figured the problem wasn't the machine. So I brought my Rancilio over to her house and we pulled four shots back to back with her Profitec Go. What we found was pretty cool: by lower the temp on her PID profitec and adjusting her grind, we were able to pull a great shot.
