Thanksgiving in a Bowl

Thanksgiving in a Bowl is a one pot meal either made from Thanksgiving leftovers or you can make it fresh. In this video we made two different ones. One is with mashed potatoes and the other is made with cauliflower rice. Both are super yummy. Do you love one pot meals? If so, what's your favorite. Leave me comments down below. Recipe: 2 cups of stuffing 4 tablespoons chicken broth 2 oz. cream cheese (room temperature) 1/2 cup turkey or chicken gravy 2 cups of chicken or turkey (pulled) 1 cup of frozen broccoli or french green beans (thawed) 1/2 cup shredded swiss cheese 1/4 tsp of salt light sprinkle of black pepper 2 cups of mashed potatoes or mashed cauliflower 1/4 cup half and half 2 tbsp of butter French onions (1/2 to 1 cup) Mix stuffing with chicken broth until it's moist. Spray bowl with olive oil cooking spray and press stuffing onto the bottom and sides of dish. Bake in oven at 350° for 12 to 15 minutes. *(Air Fryer - put in for 6 to 8 minutes on 400° until crust is lightly browned. Spray top of stuffing lightly with olive spray before cooking.) In a large bowl mix cream cheese and gravy until smooth Add turkey, broccoli, Swiss cheese, salt & pepper Put mixture on top of cooked stuffing crust Add cream to your mashed potatoes and stir. *You can add mashed cauliflower instead of mashed potatoes if you like. Mix cauliflower with a little water and half and half. Spread over top of the turkey and broccoli. Drizzle butter on top Add French onions on top Bake at 350° for 20 minutes. *Air Fryer cook for a total of 9 minutes. Allow it to rest for 5 minutes and then serve. Enjoy!
