Mango Banana Popsicles are super easy to make and taste great! This is a healthy way to eat popsicles. Recipe: 2 large mangoes (mine were frozen so I partially thawed them in the microwave) (I guestimated on the mangoes. Could have been 2 1/2 to 3 mangoes) 1 over ripe frozen banana 2 tbsp almond coconut blend milk 1/2 to 1 tbsp peanut butter (optional) Blend all ingredients on high in your Vitamix until smooth Place mixture in popsicle containers Freeze for several hours Run a little warm water over the popsicle container for easy removal Enjoy!
