What have you been cooking in your instant pot lately? 00:00 Intro 0:31 Saute bacon, onions, and garlic 1:16 Add broth 01:29 Add veggies 02:13 Set the pressure cook time 02:37 Add heavy whipping cream Recipe: 8 medium potatoes, peeled and diced 5 carrots, peeled and diced 5 celery stalks, diced 1 bag of sweet corn 1 48 oz box of organic chicken broth + 1 32 oz box broth 1 large onion, diced 1 tsp minced garlic 6 tablespoons butter or margarine 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour 1/2 teaspoon salt 1/2 tsp black pepper 1 to 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper (optional) 7 to 8 pieces of turkey bacon 2 cups of heavy whipping cream *sharp cheddar cheese *green onions Directions: Turn instant pot on saute mode. Add 1 tsp of grapeseed oil to liner pan. Cook bacon. Remove bacon and saute onions and minced garlic. Add organic chicken broth. Add diced potatoes, carrots, celery, and corn Turn instant pot off and back on to pressure cook high for 9 minutes. Put the lid on and make sure your sealing valve is sealed After 9 minutes do a quick release Add 2 cups of heavy whipping cream * You can add the sharp cheddar cheese and onions to your bowl of soup.
