In today’s video, I’ll show you how to make my easy homemade pizza crust and top it with wholesome ingredients your whole family will love! This delicious pizza features: ✔️ Grass-fed ground beef ✔️ Sautéed onions & baby bella mushrooms ✔️ Marinara sauce with herbs ✔️ Sundried tomatoes with basil & baby spinach ✔️ Creamy mozzarella cheese From the crust to the toppings, every part is made with love and packed with flavor—and yes, it's just as satisfying as takeout, only better for you! Whether you're cooking for your family or hosting friends, this pizza is sure to be a crowd-pleaser. Pizza Crust 1 tsp. white sugar 1 tbl. olive oil 1 tsp. salt 1 ½ cups warm water (110 degrees F) 1 pack or tbl. active dry yeast 2 1/2 to 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour Directions: 1. In a large bowl, dissolve sugar in warm water. Sprinkle yeast on top and mix and let it sit for 5 minutes. 2. Stir in the olive oil & salt into the yeast mixture. 3 Place measured all purpose flour in a bowl. *Start with 2 1/2 cups and add more flour as needed. 4. Now add the the yeast mixture into the flour mixture. 5. Now put remaining flour on clean counter top. Add dough and to the flour and knead it until all the flour has been absorbed. Will take about 10 minutes. 6. Place ball of dough into a well greased bowl and put in oven on proof for 35 minutes. Take dough out and punch it down and put it back in oven for another 45 minutes. (If you don’t have a proof setting on your stove then cover your bowl and place it in a warm area for 35 minutes and then punch it down and recover and let it rise for 45 minutes. 7. Preheat oven at 425 degrees. 8. Spread dough on a greased (spray with Pam) pizza pan. 9. Add sauce, cheese and whatever toppings you desire. We like grilled chicken, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, fresh pineapple, and arugula. 10. Place in oven and allow to bake for approx 20 to 25 minutes. 11. Take out of oven.
