Gluten free, dairy free crackers can be quite tasty. Watch this video to see just how easy it is to make these yummy almond crackers in your oven. Gluten/Dairy Free Almond Crackers: 2 cups of almond flour 2 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1/2 tsp baking soda 1/4 tsp pink salt (or salt of your choice) 4 tsp olive oil 4 tsp cold water 4 tsp egg whites Preheat your oven to 350º F. Place all ingredients in a large bowl. Mix with a large spoon until all of the mixture is moist. Now form dough ball. Roll out your dough ball between two large pieces of parchment paper. (Make it thin for crispy crackers) Cut crackers with a pizza cutter or knife to desired size crackers. Place the parchment paper with crackers on to a baking sheet. Carefully separate crackers. Put a small indention in the middle of each cracker. Bake for 10 to 11 minutes. Rotate the pan once. Allow crackers to cool before serving. Keep them in an air tight container.
