Lebkuchen Recipe: 16 oz dark brown sugar 4 large eggs 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour 1 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon 1 tsp baking powder 3/4 tsp ground cloves Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lin 13 X 9 pan with foil then grease the pan (I used a disposable pan and sprayed it with baking spray.) Mix brown sugar and eggs on medium speed Reduce speed and gradually add flour , cinnamon, baking powder, and cloves. Spoon mixture in pan and spread evenly. Bake for 30 minutes. (Test with toothpick to make sure it's done) Completely cool in pan on wire rack. Remove from pan by using the ends of the foil. Cut and store tightly covered in a container and layer with wax paper between layers. Good for up to two weeks. Store in freezer for us to 3 months. Enjoy!
