Cream of Celery soup in the Instant Pot #soupbase #iprecipe #souprecipe

Recipe: 3 tbsp of grape seed oil (can use 1/4 cup of butter) 1/2 to 1 tbsp of minced garlic 1 handful of chopped parsley 1 heaping tsp of salt 1/2 tsp crushed black pepper 6 cups of chopped celery (approximately 1 to 1 1/2 bunches of celery) 6 cups of organic chicken broth (can use vegetable broth) 1 cup of heavy cream Turn instant pot on saute mode. Add 3 tbsp of grape seed oil. When IP reads hot, place onion and minced garlic in pot. Allow to simmer until onions are translucent. (About 3 to 4 minutes) Add fresh chopped parsley and celery. Simmer for a couple of minutes. Add salt & pepper. Add chicken broth. Place lid on IP and set to 10 minutes. Allow IP to do a self release. Add 1 cup of cream to soup. Stir soup and serve as is or use as a soup base. I added cooked mixed veggies to half of the soup mix. I added cooked broccoli and sweet corn to the other half of the soup mix. The cooked broccoli and corn was my favorite!
