Cranberry Jello Salad is super easy to make and tastes amazing. This is perfect for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or any time you like. Recipe: 1 6 oz box of Raspberry gelatin 1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple (don't drain the juice) 1 can of whole berry cranberry sauce 1 1/2 cups of boiling water 1 cup of chopped pecans Add jello to the boiling water and stir until dissolved. Add crushed pineapple with juice. Add can of whole berry cranberry sauce. Add chopped pecans. Use potato masher to mix well. Place in 9 x 12 pan and place in refrigerator until chilled for several hours. (Best to make it the night before.) You can add a little cool whip or whipped cream to each serving if you like. Enjoy!
