In this video, Air Fryer Meatloaf, I show you step by step how to make this delicious, easy recipe. What do you put in your meatloaf? Air Fryer Meatloaf Recipe 1 lb of ground beef 85/15 1 large chopped yellow onion (you can use less onion if you prefer) 1 heaping ½ tsp of minced garlic 1 carrot & 1 celery stick chopped in food processor (I put the minced garlic in the food processor too) 1 egg beaten ¼ cup of stove top stuffing crumbs or you can use Italian bread crumbs A few dashes of Worcestershire Sauce 1 tbsp of yellow mustard A dash of pink Himalayan salt Crushed black pepper (about ½ to 1 tsp) 1 to 2 tbsp ketchup Directions: Mix the meat with the chopped yellow onion, minced garlic, beaten egg, ground up stove top stuffing or Italian bread crumbs, Worcestershire Sauce, yellow mustard, salt, black pepper, and ketchup. Spray tins with avocado oil. Place meat mixture inside the 3 small tins. If you use one bigger tin, you will probably need to cook it a few minutes more. *Test to make sure it is done before serving. Set and preheat air fryer to Bake 350° for 30 minutes. Spray your baking dish with avocado oil. Place the meat mixture into your baking dish. Cover the top of your meat with ketchup with a light sprinkle of Italian seasoning or you can use barbecue sauce. Place the mini pans in your air fryer on the middle rack. Allow your meatloaf to rest for 5 minutes then remove from mini pan and serve.
