In this video I share the story of my visit to see my doctor about two years ago. I left with a prescription and an instruction to come back in three months. Like a fool I did exactly what the doctor told me to do, BUT I did something else as well. I set out to learn all I could about each the health issues my doctor had told me I had. The decisions I made since then have totally transformed my life. With the benefit of hind sight I look back and suggest what might have been a far more useful prescription: one where we look at health holistically and focus on three things, eating well, living well and thinking well.
