It’s one of those weeks where the to-do list doesn’t care that you’re tired, so I’m showing you how I structure my days to keep moving without completely burning out. Expect a mix of focused study sessions, getting research work done, and the in-between moments that make the whole schedule feel real. If you’re trying to build more consistency, my biggest takeaway is that “productive” doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly—it’s more about showing up, protecting a few solid blocks of deep work, and letting the rest be good enough. I also share the vibe of traveling for academic stuff as a student (yes it’s exciting, yes it’s also exhausting), and how I mentally transition back into exam mode right after.
