In this video, I break down the exact way I studied anatomy in med school and consistently got A’s—without leaning heavily on Anki. Anatomy was the first subject I genuinely fell in love with, and I’m really grateful to the professors, classmates, and especially the body donors (our first patients) who made learning it possible. My whole approach is a repeatable workflow: lecture first, then lab, then active recall—mostly with images—so I’m not just memorizing words, I’m building a 3D map in my head. I walk you through my lecture flow, how I annotate, and what my routine looks like after class so the information actually sticks.
