Vinci Signature Acoustic Spa Treatment | Part 2

In Part 2 of the Vinci Signature VG3 project, we’re moving deep into the technical work. After the initial "spa" cleaning in Part 1, the workbench is now full of clamps, glue, and bone dust. This session is all about stabilization and hardware upgrades to ensure this family guitar is structurally sound before we ever hit a string. We tackle the "fill and drill" process for a new set of 18:1 tuners, stabilize various finish and binding cracks using CA glue, and reseat a lifting bridge using Titebond and some creative clamping. I also begin the process of hand-carving a custom bone nut from a blank to replace the original chipped plastic. It’s all about function over fashion as we get this Vinci ready for its final setup.
