Revisiting the Tease ST-1 SPR: Roasted Maple Neck Swap & Fret Leveling (Part 1)

If it's a day called today, we're talking guitars and life! Today, I am revisiting the Tease ST-1 SPR in Seafoam Green. This is the guitar I originally unboxed "straight from the factory" to see how they arrive without the New York setup. I've had some ideas brewing, and it’s time for a major transformation. I’m swapping out the stock maple for a beautiful Tease ST-1 SPR Roasted Maple neck with that heel-access pinwheel truss rod. In this video: Fret Work: I tackle the stainless steel frets on the new neck—leveling and polishing them to a mirror shine. The Comparison: Side-by-side of the standard maple vs. the roasted maple. Which looks better? The "Showstopper": I tear down the guitar only to find a major fitment issue. The neck pocket is a few "smidges" too tight!
