In this video, I take a closer look at a unique find from a local marketplace extravaganza. Picked up from an organization that clears out storage units, this mystery guitar features a "JAM" sticker on the headstock and a body size that’s deceptively small compared to its full 25.5" scale length. It’s easily the most jacked-up guitar I’ve brought into the shop, with non-functional electronics and some very questionable "modifications" to the neck heel. Join me at the workbench as I go under the hood to deinstall the old components, test the pickup, and assess whether this late '70s or early '80s Japanese prototype can be redeemed. We’re looking at a full teardown today to see if we can turn the "Little Jam" into a rock and roll machine.
