DIY String-Through Conversion: Fitting a Wilkinson Bridge to a BexGears Kit Body

Today we are tackling some major surgery on the BexGears guitar kit—a full string-through-the-body conversion. A huge shoutout to my brother Cal over at @CalBandRockoCat for sending over this Wilkinson bridge with independent brass saddles. It’s a bit of a challenge fitting a traditional-sized bridge onto an import-spec body, but we’re getting creative with the scale length and the drill. It gets a little precarious, it gets a little "cattywampus," and the drill battery even gave up the ghost mid-operation, but that's all part of the journey.
