In this video, I tested Stellar Data Recovery for Android and walked you through exactly how it works in a real-world scan. The idea is simple: if you accidentally delete photos, videos, documents, contacts, or other files (or they get removed automatically), this software can scan your Android device and show you what’s actually available to recover. When you open the app on your computer, you’ll see options like Recover Android Data, Recover WhatsApp Data, Recover WhatsApp Business Data, and Recover Google Drive Data—so it’s not just limited to one type of content. For my demo, I used my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 4 and ran a scan after connecting the phone. I showed the step where your phone asks for permission (you just allow it), then the software deep-scans the device. Since my phone is the 256GB variant, the scan took a bit longer, but once it finished, it listed a huge amount of recoverable content—like 831 photos, including both deleted and existing files. I also showed how you can pick individual files or select everything, choose a save location, and restore the data pretty quickly.
