About This Video

So in this video I’m reviewing the Samsung Galaxy Buds 3… and yes, I said it: why these things look like an AirPod? Samsung went with a totally different design this time—no silicone tips, just plastic that sits in your ear—and I went in with mixed feelings. But I still gave it a real try, because that’s what I do: I test it and tell you straight if it sounds good or sounds like garbage. I break down comfort first, because that’s the one area where these surprised me. I wore them for over 4 hours and they felt light with basically no pressure, way more comfortable than the last ones. Then I get into the features: touch controls that feel like you’re clicking a button even though there’s no button (kinda freaky but cool), plus active noise cancellation and an environmental/speech mode so you can hear people around you. My main takeaway: the ANC is actually really good even with the open gaps letting sound leak in, which is impressive. But because it’s not sealed, once you push volume past about 70%, the sound gets weak and starts to distort. For the price, build quality is solid, but if you’re a true audio fanatic who wants loud, heavy bass and clean high volume, this might not be your upgrade.
