In this video I reviewed the 1More Sonoflow SE, and I did it the Technicational way—by actually living with it and testing it with real music. I even jumped into Virtual DJ and made a dancehall mix to push the bass, vocals, and overall vibe, because testing headphones should never be boring. These are over-ear headphones (yes, mine came in pink… not my first choice, but I rocked it anyway) and they’re packing QuietMax “AI” noise canceling, dual mics for calls, LDAC support, spatial audio, and a 40mm titanium-coated driver. Comfort-wise, the soft cushions surprised me in a good way. I wore them for 30 minutes up to an hour without feeling discomfort, and while the build is mostly plastic, the headband has reinforced metal so it doesn’t feel flimsy. Sound quality out of the box was just “alright,” but once I finally got the correct 1More app (two apps with the same name… that whole thing was a hassle), the EQ presets made a real difference and the headphones sounded better. Battery life is the standout: I charged to 100% and used them about 7–8 hours a day for a week and a half and they still didn’t die, so that 90-hour claim feels very real. Overall, for the price, I honestly don’t think you’ll find anything better in over-ear budget headphones right now—just be ready to fight the app a little.
