Tried the Redmi Buds 6 and… let’s just say, my ears are still vibing. In this video, I unbox, test, and (slightly overreact to) these budget-friendly earbuds. Spoiler: They didn’t explode. But did they impress? Let’s find out – with science, sarcasm, and sound checks. Watch till the end for my brutally honest verdict. And hey, if you laugh, drop a like. If you cry, subscribe. About This Video

In this video I do a full review of the Redmi Buds 6 (the non‑Pro variant), and yeah… the student became the master real quick. I’m still daily driving the Redmi Buds 5 Pro a whole year later, so I went into this expecting “budget buds doing budget things.” But after unboxing and testing, these surprised me in a big way—especially for the money. I break down what you get in the box (buds, clean charging case, multiple ear tips, a super short USB‑C cable, and that thick booklet for no reason). The case has a LED light strip with four segments showing the case battery percentage, which I didn’t even notice until later. Then I get into the real stuff: battery life, ANC, and sound. Redmi claims up to 10 hours playback (and 6.5 with ANC), but in my testing I actually got more. ANC is really close to last year’s Pro—sometimes even better. Sound is where these punch way above their price. The dual‑driver setup means the bass can thump without muddying the mids and highs, so vocals stay crisp. Bottom line: for under $50, these outshine the Buds 5 Pro from last year and sound better than 99% of the random earbuds I’ve used—only a couple in the $100–$200 range still beat them.
