In this video, I show you an easy method to verify bulk emails using a desktop software, and the best part is: you don’t need any SMTP service or any cloud hosting setup. A lot of people previously struggled with my older method because it involved a PHP script, a long setup, and it required a proper SMTP server. Here, you just extract the ZIP, open the app (you can even check the C source code if you’re into that), add your email, and you’re ready to validate. I demonstrate single email validation first to prove it’s not only checking MX records. This tool validates properly using SMTP authentication via TCP, so it can detect deliverable vs undeliverable emails accurately (I test it on my domain and Gmail examples). Then I show bulk validation: you can paste a small list, but for large lists it’s better to import a file to avoid the software hanging. Finally, I export only the valid emails so you can directly use them in your sending tool. My main takeaway: email verification is the most important step before bulk sending. If you send without cleaning your list, bounce rate goes up, IPs can get blacklisted, and strict providers can block your SMTP server on day one—this is exactly why many marketers message me about server suspensions and port blocks.
