About This Video

Wazzzup, Carpies! In this Wyoming adventure, I finally got to do that “two states in one shot” moment—technically in Wyoming but you’ll see how close everything feels out here. We started in Jackson Hole, returned our rental at the airport, then rented a new one because it was cheaper than keeping the same car the whole time. First time namin sa Jackson Hole Airport, then we checked out downtown Jackson Hole—super cool, parang Gatlinburg vibes: old town meets modern, with the iconic antler arches and cowboy bar energy. We also grabbed supplies at Albertsons (and yes, Starbucks mugs—of course!) before our national park days. Next, we headed into Grand Teton National Park for the classic stops: the Grand Teton sign, the Mormon Row historic area with that restored house and the most iconic mountain backdrop, then Jenny Lake. We were lucky to snag parking inside because people were already parking outside. The walk to the lake shore was a super chill mini-hike—short but sobrang ganda. After that, we visited the Chapel of the Transfiguration (built 1937), a quiet, beautiful stop that felt extra special as a family. Then it was Yellowstone time—paid the $35 entrance, hunted for wildlife (hello bison!), and explored geyser areas with that strong sulfur/rotten egg smell. We waited on a geyser that “failed us” (haha), but we still ended the day with a bang: the Grand Prismatic overlook. Short, flat hike, and grabe… worth it. It’s really grand. It’s really prismatic.
