Some people want to focus on the things they genuinely love, but struggle to do so. The problem may not be who they are—it may be the way they're trying to focus. Instead of relying on strategies that feel forced or unnatural, they can connect their focus to habits and activities they already enjoy. When focus aligns with what naturally motivates them, staying engaged becomes much easier. Amelia is a reflective thinker who shares her experiences to help others find their own path to focus. She enjoys outdoor activities such as road trips, exploring new places, meeting new people, and turning her surroundings into inspiration for fresh ideas. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
