A baseball flying toward your face at 100 km/h sounds terrifying—but what if the real challenge isn’t out there, but inside the mind? This talk explores how overcoming self-doubt and fear on the baseball field can transform an athlete’s experience of the sport, and how it reveals what true confidence really means. Keira is a student who enjoys learning new things and has a strong passion for sports, especially baseball and basketball. She is dedicated to her studies while actively pursuing her athletic interests, and she also values spending quality time with her friends and family. This talk was given at a TEDx event using the TED conference format but independently organized by a local community. Learn more at https://www.ted.com/tedx
