The lecture *The Third Element* proposes a reflection on the need to rethink the role of Design in a world marked by complexity, digital transformation, and Artificial Intelligence. More than aesthetics, Design is presented as a strategic way to structure organizations, connect systems, and design futures with intention and coherence. In a scenario where traditional management models no longer adequately respond to contemporary challenges, the lecture invites the audience to understand that the true value of organizations emerges not only from isolated parts, but from the ability to integrate people, technology, and purpose into a consistent vision of the future. Como conselheiro da ABEDESIGN – Associação Brasileira de Empresas de Design – esteve à frente dos principais movimentos do setor ao longo dos últimos 20 anos.
