Hey my harmonies — Episode 2 of my Moving Back to LA Vlog Diaries is basically me packing my whole life up in Ohio and trying not to lose my mind while doing it. I take you with me to TJ Maxx because I realized the Amazon suitcase I bought was too small, and I’m literally about to be living out of my luggage for the next month or two. I’m picky with suitcases (I like hard, sturdy ones), and I’m definitely watching prices because I’m not paying $100 for a carry-on… like, what the heck. I also show you the reality of my room and closet getting emptier and emptier, and it’s exciting but overwhelming at the same time. Then I get into the real “what’s in my suitcase” portion — how I pack my makeup, skincare, body care, hair products, and little essentials like Q-tips, brush cleaner, and travel containers. I talk about packing like a puzzle (heavy stuff at the bottom, roll your clothes to save space), and I share the travel things I grabbed last minute, like compression socks, a toothbrush protector, and a few must-haves for the plane. This move is feeling very real, but I hope seeing me juggle it all makes you feel less alone if you’re starting over or stepping into a new chapter too.
