About This Video

This weekly vlog is literally a little yap session with me, starting off after church with a proper grocery haul to get us through the week (and yes… mostly snacks because I was heading into my first week at a new job and I didn’t know what the vibe would be). I show you what I picked up—salmon for my salmon fried rice, red onions (because they’re just more flavorful), eggs, peppers, carrots, yogurts, rice pudding, brioche rolls, biscuits on biscuits, and the random bits that make work days easier. I also chat about my mum being around and the Ghanaian goodies she brought me—kenkey, stews, shito powder, the whole package. Then we get into the corporate girl era wardrobe updates because my old clothes were giving “too casual” and my workplace leans more corporate (but still chill). I show you the bags, the linen shirts, the classic black-and-white zip jumper, fitted long sleeves, and the trousers that make getting dressed so much easier. I also share a little life update—first week at work went really well—plus a Saturday reset with football, DIY nails at home (because I’m not paying nail shop money right now), and my current watch/read obsessions. Oh, and I’m trying to be in my healthy girl era in a realistic way—little treadmill walks while I watch something so I stay consistent without overthinking it.
