Airbnb Website Bug Resolved! Airbnb Monthly Revenue Chart Missing In these video playlists, we report Airbnb website bugs and solutions. To better understand these bugs and solutions, you may want to watch the essential video "Airbnb Website Bugs" when you have time to view it. The link to that important video is listed below: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=X-_dMe1eRAQ Problem and Description: Since the beginning of this year (2024), Airbnb has been revising and updating its website and app. While the improvements are limited, they have unfortunately introduced some serious bugs. Some new features were introduced and then reverted back to their previous versions, a decision which, in hindsight, seems wise. After all, "new" does not always mean "better." One significant oversight in the recent updates is the removal of the monthly revenue chart from Airbnb’s website. This chart, only available on the Airbnb website and not on its app, is immensely useful for planning, budgeting, and setting listing prices, especially during low booking seasons. A similar issue occurred approximately four years ago. At that time, it took Airbnb more than six months to reinstate the monthly revenue chart on its website. Currently, there is no workaround for this problem. We have reached out to Airbnb to address this issue. As is typical, their Customer Support has acknowledged the problem and asked for our patience while their engineers work on a solution. I strongly encourage fellow Airbnb hosts to contact Airbnb and emphasize the importance of prioritizing and swiftly resolving this significant issue. Additionally, there is another bug in the latest update of the Airbnb website. When using the site in Hosting mode, it frequently, and without reason, switches to Traveling mode. In Traveling mode, several features do not function properly, leading to wasted time and frustration. Also Airbnb support messages tend to be sent to Traveling side of Message box, instead of Hosting side. Hosts need to be aware of this bug and manually switch back to Hosting mode for the website to function correctly for their needs. Solution: Currently, there is no workaround to retrieve and display the Airbnb monthly revenue chart. We urge hosts to contact Airbnb Customer Support to stress the importance of this chart and to request it be promptly reinstated in the website's functionality. Temporary Solution: Airbnb offers a similar monthly revenue chart in its app. Although the app version isn't as polished as the now-unavailable website version, it remains a viable alternative. Implementing a monthly revenue chart on the website would be more appropriate if we had to choose only one. Unfortunately, Airbnb did not enhance these useful management tools in the latest website update. To access the monthly revenue chart in the Airbnb app, tap “menu” in the lower right corner of the app and select “Earnings”. You will then be able to view the chart.
