Mix in salt, oil and 2 cups of flour. Stir until just combined. Add half cup of flour at a time until the dough pulls away from the bowl. On a floured surface knead dough for 5-7 minutes. Oil a clean bowl, place dough ball in bowl, cover with plastic wrap. Let rise for 45min-1 hour or until doubled in size. Flatten dough out into a rectangle, then roll into a log, fold the ends under the log. Cut 4-5 slices across the top of the dough 1-2 inches deep. Let rise for 1 hour. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Bake for 20-25 minutes then brush bread with egg wash. Bake an additional 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
