So detoxing is SO important we have to cleanse our bodies of daily chemicals and toxics we consume on a regular basis even when we don't intend to! so many things come into play with chemicals and toxins, but one thing that we seem to miss is our air, we consume a lot of toxins through the air we breathe all the way down to incorrect foods we eat.. so detoxing will cleanse the body and restore! First is the Strawberry Detox Smoothie Ingredients frozen strawberries cucumbers 1 frozen banana real orange juice (can use any type of liquid) spinach maple syrup (or what ever type of sweetener you like) BLEND! ________________________ Next is detox water! "Fat Burner Water" So this detox water is so simple and easy! Ingredients lemons limes cucumbers _______________________________ So last is Dry Brushing! I just want to take a moment to explain dry brushing! 1/3 of your body's toxins are excreted through the skin and dry brushing helps to get rid of clogged pores and release toxins that can become trapped in the skin! Dry Brushing is also said to reduce cellulite. So for this you will need a natural bristle brush like the one in my video^^ Now to dry brush I start from my feet and move along upward towards my heart, dry brush BEFORE showering..
