February is here and I’m not even pretending my sewing plans are sensible this month — they’re properly ambitious. In this video I’m chatting through the projects I want to make, why they’ve made the list, and how I’m pairing patterns with the fabrics I’m most excited to cut into. It’s very much a cosy “plans and possibilities” kind of catch-up, with a good mix of comfy makes, practical wardrobe pieces, and a couple of slightly braver ideas too. I’m starting with some loungewear coordinates: the Maison Fauve Adele sweatshirt and Sasha joggers in a gorgeous dark lavender organic sweatshirting. I’m also planning a Chalk & Notch Page Hoodie (because who doesn’t want another hoodie?) and I’m eyeing up that leopard French terry for maximum fun. There’s more cosy knitwear energy with the Wardrobe By Me Boyfriend Sweater and The Assembly Line High Cuff Sweater, plus a Flying Bobbins Reef PJ kit for a satisfying “complete set” make. It’s a big list — but that’s half the fun, isn’t it?
