In today’s video I’m sharing our monthly grocery haul for 2025 (Walmart + Sam’s Club), and then I’m taking you right into a full kitchen restock—fridge, freezer, and a quick pantry put-away. This wasn’t a huge meat haul because we still had a lot in the freezer, so I focused more on the basics we actually use: bacon, ground pork, a little ground beef, lots of yogurt (Chobani strawberry banana is my favorite), fruit, greens, and pantry staples. I also grabbed a few non-food items like batteries and (finally) new fridge/freezer baking soda—because yes… I forgot you’re supposed to change it every 30 days. I also wiped down the fridge shelves with my DIY water + vinegar mix and talked through the very real frustration of our ice maker issues (this was the third repair). Having to empty the whole fridge every time throws off my whole meal prep routine, and I’m just being honest about that. After the reset, I meal prepped for the week—tinola, caprese pasta with tomato and basil, rice, and ground pork with hard-boiled eggs—plus I portioned fruit into small containers so we actually eat it. The biggest takeaway: keep it realistic, keep it functional, and set your fridge up so your week feels easier.
