About This Video

It’s been just over a month since I bought the Apple Watch Series 11, and I keep getting the same question: is it worth it? In this video, I break down what it’s actually like living with it every day and night—because that’s the only way I can really judge a watch like this. Mine is the 42mm in space black, and I love how it looks: it matches everything I wear, doesn’t scream for attention, and just works as a daily piece of tech. After a month, I’m still keeping it because it fits into my life in a few key ways. As a normal watch at work, it’s been solid for staying on top of time. As a workout buddy, it tracks my workouts well, keeps me updated on heart rate, and even knows when I’m done based on heart rate (I just wish it could auto-detect when I start). Sleep tracking is a big win for me too—Series 11’s new sleep score is simple, but it pushes me to actually look at my sleep stages and understand my nights better. It’s also become a semi phone replacement for texts, notifications, and calls, even without cellular. My main complaint is Siri. She hears me, but the current programming holds her back. Still, even with the price and my initial buyer remorse, the Series 11 has earned its spot as a true complement to my iPhone and a legit health tracker.
