Mountain Roads, Punctures & the People You Meet Along the Way RTW S6 EP41 In this episode we ride the incredible Lewis Pass through New Zealand’s South Island, one of the country’s most underrated motorcycle roads. From long sweeping corners and alpine scenery to quiet rivers, mountain valleys and endless open roads, this ride quickly became one of our favourite days riding in New Zealand. Along the way we stop to check on a fellow biker pulled over at the side of the road, before later stopping again to make sure another couple changing a tyre were alright. Thankfully everyone was completely fine, but moments like this are a reminder that people still look out for each other on the road. This is real adventure motorcycle travel.
