New Zealand Road Trip | Motorcycle Touring | BMW R1300 GSA | RTW S6 EP24 After riding to Paradise in the previous episode, we continue our New Zealand road trip through the South Island, heading back toward Glenorchy before turning off the Rees Valley Road onto a remote off road track. This is motorcycle touring New Zealand at its best, unpaved gravel roads, multiple river crossings, and some of the most incredible scenery the South Island has to offer. Riding two-up on our BMW R1300 GSA as part of our round the world motorcycle journey, the track becomes more challenging the further we go, until we reach the end of the road where a huge river completely blocks our path. With no way across, the route is impassable, forcing us to turn around and ride the entire track back. If you're planning a New Zealand road trip, exploring the South Island, or interested in adventure motorcycle travel, off road riding, overlanding, and remote routes near Glenorchy, this is one ride you don’t want to miss. 🛒 Our Travel Shop: Explore our travel-tested gear & stickers: https://seanandemilytravels.com/shop 🗺️ Navigation App – calimoto: Get a 30-day free trial ➤ Use code: S&E30 Get 10% off yearly plans ➤ Use code: S&E10 Start here: https://linktr.ee/calimoto_SeanandEmily 🛟 Travel Safety – Protected by Global Rescue: Worldwide emergency rescue, evacuation, and medical support for overlanders: https://www.globalrescue.com/lp/sean-... 🚀 What’s Coming: We’re riding around the world on our BMW R1300 GSA — a 2-year global expedition across Europe, Asia, and beyond.
