Riding To Penang’s Historic George Town Malaysia

Malaysia Motorcycle Tour | Season 5, Episode 24 In this episode, we ride our motorcycle into Penang, heading for George Town and riding through some of the city’s most well known areas. We arrive on our BMW R1300 GSA, crossing over from mainland Malaysia and riding straight into the city. From there, we make our way through Little India, Chinatown, and the surrounding streets, seeing how different parts of George Town sit right next to each other and how the city moves day to day. This is a real ride into the city, dealing with traffic, heat, busy roads, and tight streets, then slowing down to explore at street level. There’s no guided tour and no planned route, just riding and seeing where the roads take us as we continue our journey through Malaysia. Penang is one of those places where history, daily life, and modern city living all mix together, and riding through it by motorcycle gives a much better sense of how it actually works compared to arriving by car or bus.
