Ingredients o 15 ounces canned chickpeas , drained and rinsed o 3 tablespoons tahini o 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil o 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice o ¼ cup water o 3 cloves fresh garlic , grated or minced o 1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt Instructions Place the drained and rinsed 15 ounces canned chickpeas in a large food processor and process until they start to make a paste. Add the 3 tablespoons tahini, 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil, 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice, ¼ cup water, grated or minced 3 cloves fresh garlic1/4 teaspoon coarse kosher salt . Blend until smooth. Cover and chill for 1 hour.
