Leaving the clinic means that I have to clean up all the materials I brought with me, decide what to box up and then decide what I want to leave there for the other SLPs. Guys, I work as a tele therapist, which means that I really don't need physical speech therapy materials like I did in the past. However, you can never predict the future and I want to make sure that I have some physical speech therapy materials just in case I end up either back in-person in the school setting or back in the clinic again. So I go through all the materials in the cabinets that I brought, I show all of the materials that are in the clinic cabinets, what stuff I brought that I took home, and what stuff I brought that I left there for other SLPs (and maybe some OT will want the kinetic sand!). Some of my materials were mixed in with the clinic's, but I also had my own area too. I show you what I keep and what I give away -- all of which are super useful for the beginning clinician who is looking to build a library of physical materials.
