Here's a thorough walkthrough of the BESA Bilingual English Spanish Assessment. The BESA is meant for bilingual Spanish speaking students with communication disorders (or suspected to have). In the video, I go through the Spanish protocol in depth covering the phonology, morphosyntax, and semantics sections as well as what other forms are in the assessment. Those forms include the English protocol, the Inventory to Assess Language Knowledge (ITALK), and Bilingual Input-Output Survey (BIOS). It is a really nice addition to your therapeutic test library. The biggest limitation is that it is only normed a small age range (roughly 4 to 7 ish); however, they have normed it for a larger group, I believe. You can find norming information for ages 3 to 9 online. I'll link it when I find it. Also I heard a rumor they are either coming out with a revision to include a wider sample size or it will be included in a sequent version. Anyway, it's a little complex to score, but a really lovely data point to add to assessment reports of bilingual students.
