This video goes over a pie/pastry dough you can make by hand for a flaky crust. I actually prefer this method to using a machine or getting store-bought! You can scale this recipe to make enough dough for your project: 1 cup (~145g) All Purpose Flour 1 stick Butter, cold 1/2 tsp Kosher Salt 3 TB Ice Water When finished, wrap in plastic and store in fridge about 25 minutes. You will need to play around to figure out your ideal rolling temp. If it cracks too much while you're rolling the dough, it is too cold. Can be frozen for future use as well! Thanks for watching!
