Best and Worst Mountain Bike Tire

I have a Need for Speed and I must find a solution! That's how this whole mess started. I was riding in Florida and screaming down the trails on a Santa Cruz 5010. When I returned to Raleigh, NC and jumped on my Ripmo AF on our waterlogged trails I felt Sooooo Slooow. I got some new tires and thought I'd be screaming again but things didn't go as planned!! I've been riding in Central NC (the Raleigh Area) on some of the best trails this area has to offer and I'll continue to explore all this area has to offer mountain bike riders of all levels.
