Goveners Creek Ride

Governors Creek Trail is an undervalued and underrated trail located just an hour south of Raleigh, NC. With San Lee Park being just a 15-20 ride away, Governors Creek is often over looked or even unheard of by many riders in the area. This is a 6.1 mile trail that falls into the XC category with a splash of tech and snappy climbs. Rated a Blue on Trail forks, I'd give it a Turquoise rating. That being mostly Green with some splashes of Blue sections mixed in for fun. The trail reminds me of the 286 trails behind RDU airport, in my opinion Governors Creek is way more fun.
