We'll explore the key elements of what empathetic space is, and share tips on how to create it in your coaching practice. When you're able to create spaces like this that are high on trust and safety you enable your clients to be more open and honest and therefore can have more impactful and deeper conversations. Empathy means we can see things from our clients view: we may sometimes have situations which are far outside our frame of reference however we can hold empathy for our clients feelings and experience in an empathetic way holding space for them: this is one of the powers of coaching.
