This is one way we can integrate Positive Psychology models and tools with Coaching and an example of Coaching Psychology in action. The PERMA model is a framework developed by positive psychology researcher, Martin Seligman, and focuses on five key elements that contribute to wellbeing: Positive Emotion, Engagement, Relationships, Meaning, and Accomplishment.
