What are my top three wellness habits? 1) Daily gratitude and appreciation for what is working in my life and business. Either in the morning when I'm spending time with my cats (often with a coffee) or on my daily walks. I also use this as a "reset" when I've had a disappointing day or when I feel that I need to I will do it more sometimes as an end of day reflection. 2) Daily walks and exercise : movement helps me to feel more aligned and works with my neurodivergence. My daily diet always includes movement as I know it helps my brain and wellbeing. 3) Breathing and meditation : this can be a short mediation, a guided meditation, breathing or swimming in a pool outside (ideally not with no one else!) As a bonus I now am really mindful of when I work and looking at reducing my cognitive load. I'd love to know what your habits are that support your wellbeing.
