In this video I share some coaching tools which I love using and can support you or your clients . In this video I share my favourite tools: - The wheel of life which can support people to get clarity and help them identify where you are, what success looks like and what you can do. It can be great for focus and direction as well as visual progress. I love it as a starting point especially when we've got lots going on. - Visual tools and creative methods such as drawing, lego or using objects that you have available. - Somatic resets such as breathing or movements which support nervous system regulation - Supporting clients to find their "flow" states where they are super engaged in what they're doing.
