I wanted to circle back with a long-term, no-frills update on the iPhone 15 Pro Max with the iPhone 17s right around the corner—because honestly, I think this might be one of the last “good” iPhones for a while. I bought mine right after graduating in 2023, and coming from an iPhone 14 (and two-timing an S23 Ultra), the jump felt real: USB-C (thank God), the Action Button (I mapped mine to the camera and I use it way more than I expected), and a triple camera setup that still looks more complete and premium than the newer camera-bar rumors.
