How do you deal with losing clients? How do you handle it if a member doesn't renew? In a time where selling and overcoming objections are pushed by ALL the gurus, dealing with loss or non-renewal is actually quite simple - act from abundance, not scarcity. Scarcity mindset = nothing lasts forever and it's hard to get more, so I better hold on real tight to what I have. Abundance mindset = nothing lasts forever, but there's always more out there, so I better keep my eyes turned to what's ahead instead of dwelling on what's behind.
